The Penthouse takes the second floor - 357 m2 for up to six guests, the largest home in the residence. A private plunge pool sits on a terrace that wraps the apartment, with panoramic views over the lagoon on one side and a back terrace with a barbecue corner on the other. Three en-suite bedrooms open off a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen space.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Housekeeping is included twice a week, linen and towels are changed every four days, and an on-site Resort Manager, concierge service and 24/7 security are on hand throughout your stay.
The beach is on the doorstep, reached by a garden pathway. Tamarin village and its shops are 900 metres away and Tamarina Golf 2.2 km. Tamarin Bay is one of the island's best-known surf breaks and the place to go out and swim with dolphins, and Black River Gorges National Park, Chamarel and Le Morne are all an easy drive.

A specific unit cannot be guaranteed. The Company will ensure that the confirmed category is provided to the best of its ability.
The Company reserves the right to move a confirmed booking in another available apartment of the same or higher category as booked initially if needed

LONG-STAY OFFERS
Applied to consecutive nights on accommodation only, all year round except Peak season:
5-10 nights: 5% - 11-20 nights: 10% - 21-30 nights: 15% - 31-91 nights: 20% - 92 nights and over: 25%.
Mauritian residents: additional 5%, stackable.
RATES AND CHARGES
Rates are quoted per unit, per night, on a room-only basis, and include VAT.
A government tourist accommodation fee is collected at the property on arrival, per adult per night. Children under 12 and Mauritian residents are exempt.
Upon or prior to check-in, all guests will be asked to authorise a security deposit of EUR 500 (MUR 25,000) on their credit card, which may be deducted from the latter within 30 days of departure against any breakages, excessive cleaning or loss to property. Should the value of broken items exceed the security deposit, The Company reserves the right to claim any excess to the guest.
