Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work when you book through StayEasy. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Booking Terms. Because StayEasy books your travel with independent providers, the cancellation rules that apply to your booking are set by the provider and are always shown to you before you confirm.

Flexible — free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in

Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in and you are refunded in full. Cancel later, or do not arrive, and the first night is charged.
Standard — free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in

Cancel up to 7 days before check-in and you are refunded in full. Cancel later, or do not arrive, and the first night is charged.
Strict — free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in

Cancel up to 14 days before check-in and you are refunded in full. Cancel later, or do not arrive, and 50% of the booking is charged.
Non-refundable

This rate cannot be cancelled or refunded. The full booking is charged at the time of booking. This rate is offered at a saving in return.
Strict 21 — free cancellation up to 21 days before check-in

Cancel up to 21 days before check-in and you are refunded in full. Cancel later and 50% of the booking is charged. If you do not arrive, the full booking is charged.
Strict 30 — free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in

Cancel up to 30 days before check-in and you are refunded in full. Cancel later and 50% of the booking is charged. If you do not arrive, the full booking is charged.
