About this apartment in North
Two en-suite bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a queen - sit alongside a fully equipped open kitchen and a bright living and dining area that opens onto a furnished terrace. Air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, and the sandy beach is 30 metres from your door. The residence's infinity pool overlooks the turquoise lagoon, with private access to the beach and sun loungers for the day.
Housekeeping is included twice a week and linen and towels are changed every four days, so your time here is spent doing very little. An on-site Resort Manager, concierge service and 24/7 security are on hand throughout your stay, and welcome drinks and cold towels greet you on arrival.
Airport transfers, car rental, grocery delivery, in-house dining, in-house massage and island excursions can all be arranged on request.
Grand Baie is about ten minutes away, Mont Choisy Golf 1.8 km, Port Louis around 15 km, and the international airport 65.5 km.

A specific unit cannot be guaranteed. The Company will ensure that the confirmed category is provided to the best of its ability.
The Company reserves the right to move a confirmed booking in another available apartment of the same or higher category as booked initially if needed

LONG-STAY OFFERS
Applied to consecutive nights on accommodation only, all year round except Peak season:
5-10 nights: 5% - 11-20 nights: 10% - 21-30 nights: 15% - 31-91 nights: 20% - 92 nights and over: 25%.
Mauritian residents: additional 5%, stackable.
RATES
Rates are quoted per unit, per night, on a room-only basis, and include VAT.
Upon or prior to check-in, all guests will be asked to authorise a security deposit of EUR 500 (MUR 25,000) on their credit card, which may be deducted from the latter within 30 days of departure against any breakages, excessive cleaning or loss to property. Should the value of broken items exceed the security deposit, The Company reserves the right to claim any excess to the guest.
