About Latitude Penthouse
The Penthouse takes the second floor - 201 m2 for up to six guests, with its own private plunge pool on a terrace that looks straight out over the lagoon. Three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms open off a bright living, dining and kitchen space, and the terrace is where you will spend the evenings: this stretch of coast gets the sunsets.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a barbecue on the terrace, and a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Housekeeping is included twice a week, linen and towels are changed every four days, and an on-site Resort Manager, concierge service and 24/7 security are on hand throughout your stay.
The residence has direct access to the water, and Riviere Noire village is 200 metres away - restaurants, the marina and everyday shops. Tamarina Golf is 10.4 km, and Black River Gorges National Park, Chamarel and Le Morne are all an easy drive. This part of the coast is the island's base for diving, big-game fishing and surfing.

A government tourist accommodation fee is collected at the property on arrival, per adult per night. Children under 12 and Mauritian residents are exempt.
Upon or prior to check-in, all guests will be asked to authorise a security deposit of EUR 500 (MUR 25,000) on their credit card, which may be deducted from the latter within 30 days of departure against any breakages, excessive cleaning or loss to property. Should the value of broken items exceed the security deposit, The Company reserves the right to claim any excess to the guest.

You can register or log in first. The minimum stay is 2 nights, or 7 nights from 22 December to 7 January. The Strict 30 policy gives a full refund up to 30 days before check-in, and you can review the payment terms before paying. Rates start from Rs 12,000 per night for 2 adults, on a Room Only basis and including VAT. Long stays get discounts outside peak season: 5% for 5 to 10 nights, up to 25% for 92 nights or more. A tourist fee of EUR 3 per guest aged 12+ per night is payable at the property, under rules overseen by the Mauritius Revenue Authority. A EUR 500 security deposit is also authorised on your card.
